CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Our 100% Guarantee, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

 You are entitled to a 100% refund on last monthly payments / excluding Enrollment and Analysis fee if:

  • We do not remove any negative items worked on.

  • You have two (2) consecutive months (60 days) from the time you retain our services.

  • You have had no new collections/negative items or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you.

  • You maintained credit monitoring services all times during the the time frame we are assisting you.

  • You forward all correspondence from the creditors to us.

  • You have at least four negatives items on the credit report at the time of sign-up.

  • You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your credit two years previous to signing up for our services.

  • You agree to send updated reports and letters from the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt. (You should receive updated credit reports every 30-45 days and make us aware if updated reports have not been received)


​You may cancel services at any time. Please notify us in writing 7 days before the next billing period.

Refund & Cancellation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prior to starting credit education and document processing services, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:

  1. Credit Service Agreement

  2. Authorization for Credit Repair Action

  3. Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)

  4. Right Of Cancellation Notice

Before initiating credit education and document processing services, you will sign an agreement with the client along with the following:

The services we provide may include

Preparation of documents and credit education. We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed by the appropriate credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information. You will choose what elements you would like to dispute. We will advise you on the steps to follow to dispute any incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information contained in your credit reports. We will prepare all necessary correspondence in the dispute of incorrect, erroneous, false or outdated information in your credit reports. You will send us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will help you to correspond with those agencies. The services of consulting, coaching and monitoring are carried out through personal meetings, webinars, videoconferences, telephone, email or any other form of communication during normal business hours.

In return, for the services mentioned above, you agree to pay the fees as described in your contract with the customer.  You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it or 7 days before your next billing date. Simply send a written notice as described in your contract with the client account number, name and reason for cancellation. You have the right to cancel your services at anytime, Please notify us.

It is understood that we offer credit information, We do everything possible to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options.
